Personalized Exercise Programs Designed to Build Bone Strength

Osteoporosis is responsible for two million broken bones per year.

About Our Osteoporosis Bone Exercise Program

The ONYX Bone Program is designed to improve the bone mineral density of patients who have or are at risk of having Osteoporosis. It is based on the research studies from Professor Belinda Beck at The Bone Clinic in Brisbane Australia, as well as other research from top institutions in the world.

The program is performed alongside a Doctor of Physical Therapy, where you will learn how to perform the exercises safely. Regular assessments of physical function will be assessed over time, to monitor patient progress. Participants will be educated to assess bone mineral density again at the 8-12 month mark.

*A physical evaluation is required to see if you qualify for the ONYX Bone Program

Our Facility is Designed to build Bone.

We have the equipment needed to improve bone mineral density. Including squat racks, deadlift equipment, boxes, and other pieces needed to provide high resistance impact exercise.

We Offer DXA Scans In House

The DXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) scan is vital for proactive health management. This specialized medical device measures bone mineral density (BMD) and body composition by emitting safe, low-dose X-ray beams at different energy levels. It provides for an accurate diagnosis of osteoporosis by assessing fracture risk at key sites such as the spine and hip.

Not offered under traditional medical plans for individuals under 65, we offer these scans as part of our osteoporosis program for all ages.
