Dr. Kyle Mahoney, PT, DPT, CSCS
Kyle, a sports residency-trained Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. An adjunct professor at Northeastern University and lab instructor at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions, he is well-versed in the latest scientific advancements and applies them in clinical practice. At Onyx, Kyle designs personalized exercise programs tailored to individual needs, utilizing extensive testing, movement screenings, clinical histories, and performance-driven goals.
Dr. Paul Heinzelmann, MD, MPH
Since 2005, Dr. Paul has been a trusted provider of primary and urgent care at Massachusetts General Hospital. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Harvard School of Public Health, and serving as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School, he committed to a "lifestyle medicine" approach to slow the progression of age-related diseases. Using advanced medical screenings and biomarkers, Dr. Paul determines precise health baselines for his patients. He then addresses any primary care concerns and works with the Onyx team to develop personalized programs to optimize long-term vitality.
Gianna Roma MS, RD, CNSC, CSSD
A Registered Dietician from Foxboro, MA, Gianna studied Nutritional Sciences at the University of Connecticut with a focus in sports nutrition. After working in the BIDMC critical care unit, interning with the New England Patriots, and creating the first nutritional program for the MA National Guard. She is passionate about educating individuals of all levels how to utilize nutrition as a resource for performance and health.
